I ordered three dishes today: clams with scrambled eggs, crab fried rice, and garlic morning glory. All three were outstanding. The clams with eggs were fresh and flavorful, the crab fried rice was fragrant with perfectly separated grains, and the garlic morning glory was crisp and aromatic. Every dish was cooked with great skill. The Vietnamese tea was excellent and really elevated the entire dining experience, making the meal even more enjoyable. The dining environment was clean and comfortable, the food quality was impressive, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!

I came here with my partner a few days after this restaurant opened after flooding, and I’m so glad we came across it! The staff are so friendly, and wow the food was delicious you must try the crispy pork belly Vietnamese style, and the chicken and vegetable skewers. 100% pay this place a visit when in Hoi an, nice and quiet while still being on the river front.

Great food and service! Never had Cao Lau or white rose dumplings before but both dishes were delicious. Spacious and inviting atmosphere, we enjoyed our dinner here

We had the Cau Lao and the clam porridge. Both were delicious. The tea pot was really good especially on a rainy day. Prices were slightly higher than some other places, but we really liked the calm atmosphere of the restaurant

When traveling, it’s hard to find a place to eat without having to worry or just simply relax. Hoa Vang is just located behind the Japanese bridge so eat here after boat ride or shopping. I enjoyed the crispy pork belly and fried rice. The beer is served cold and they have fresh coconut juice, when I consumed the juice, they even cut it in half and I enjoyed the coconut meat as well. I also want to point out that the staff was professional and friendly. The toilet is also very clean. Men's and women's toilet are separated.

Beautifully kept interior and friendly service. Nice quiet space off the beaten path of the bustle of the night market. Special to have had cao lau and chao ngeu (clam porridge - like the new england clam chowder of vietnam).
